🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic analytics or FP&A
- Strong background in advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and forecasting
- Tableau/Power BI and SQL proficiency
- Advanced Excel (macros, arrays, pivots, lookups)
- Ability to translate data into executive-ready narratives
