Build annual budget; participate in quarterly forecast and business reviews.
AI & Automation for Finance: build/deploy Dust finance agents; automate workflows.

🎯 Requirements

5-7 years in Finance; from accounting toward FP&A
Close/controlling and forward-looking planning experience
AI/SaaS background a plus; ARR, churn, CAC; software revenue recognition
Experience scaling processes in growth environments where none existed
Strong, scratch-built modeling; architecture-minded; data flows
Automation-minded; builder mentality; clear P&L variance communicator; AI-curious
