- Support and mentor the local APAC accounting team to ensure timely, quality reporting.
- Lead monthly consolidation and intercompany reconciliations, reporting to S4 group.
- Act as the main contact for the financial reporting tool and drive improvements.
- Liaise with stakeholders including local finance, S4 group, FP&A, MDs, tax, legal, HR.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, including IFRS.
- Oversee the group audit process.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or equivalent.
- 6+ years of experience in a high-growth international company.
- Experience within a transformation environment.
- Excellent communication with financial and non-financial professionals.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in IFRS.
