🎯 Requirements

BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting
4+ years in finance, commissions, revenue ops, or sales ops
Experience with CaptivateIQ
Proven track record leading a distributed team
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration
Experience handling large data in Excel or databases
