Finance Manager, Commissions

📋 Description

• Design and model commission and sales incentive plans; partner with Sales.
• Own CaptivateIQ strategy, implementation, and reporting.
• Ensure commission and incentive payments are properly processed.
• Prepare monthly commission reports with trend analysis and forecasts.
• Analyze sales data to provide insights for commission decisions.
• Liaise across Finance, Sales, Revenue, and Operations for accuracy.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• 4+ years in finance, commissions, or revenue operations.
• Experience implementing CaptivateIQ.
• Proven leader in a distributed work environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience handling large data in Excel or databases.
