Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Own full financial management cycle for the region, incl. month-end close and GL.
• Prepare timely financial reports, management accounts, and variances.
• Drive AI-enabled improvements to accounting workflows and reports.
• Coordinate external audits; liaise with auditors and action findings.
• Contribute to annual budget and rolling forecasts; monitor variances.
• Oversee end-to-end AP/AR, vendor mgmt, payments, and collections.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance or Accounting; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred
• 5+ years in Finance Manager/Financial Controller/Senior Accountant
• Proven external audit leadership; Big 4 background a plus
• Able to work in unstructured environments; manage multiple tasks
• Interest in AI tools and automation in finance; hands-on a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• GAAP/IFRS knowledge; GL, month-end close
• Familiarity with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite or similar
