Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Identify resource requirements for business groups (headcount, capex, opex)
• Work with production and engineering to identify KPIs and analyze performance against targets
• Prepare financial analyses with business unit leaders to inform operational decisions
• Collaborate with supply chain to track financial obligations during scaling
• Partner with accounting for financial close analysis and group reporting
• Provide insights on spending variances and department reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 6+ years experience in finance or operations
• Master’s degree in business administration
• Experience with ERP databases and SQL
• Advanced Excel financial modeling
• Experience presenting analytics across a multi-disciplinary org
