Identify resource needs for business groups: headcount, capex, refurb costs, opex
Work with production/engineering to define KPIs and analyze productivity vs targets
Prepare financial analyses with BU leaders to inform decisions
Collaborate with supply chain to track financial obligations during rapid growth
Support financial close and group-level reporting with accounting
Provide insights on spending variances; onsite in Hawthorne, CA

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
6+ years of experience in finance or operations
ERP experience with SQL programming
Advanced Excel financial modeling
Experience presenting analytical results across a multi-disciplinary organization
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) preferred
