- Own month-end process: monthly reports, presentations, Operating KPIs, and reviews
- Manage group-wide financial consolidation for budget/forecast, month end and outturn
- Forecast and maintain cashflow model for month end, budget/forecast and weekly reporting
- Own management of GL accounts and cost center structure and creation requests
- Provide insightful analysis, variance analysis and underlying cost drivers for financial decision making
- Mentor junior team members
🎯 Requirements
- 6 years of experience in Corporate Finance with 1-2 years of management experience
- Advanced financial, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Deep understanding of end-to-end P&L management, including revenue, cost of sales, G&A, and the key operational drivers
- Excellent communication skills; ability to distill financial data into clear insights
- Managing cashflow experience
- Hyperion Essbase and Oracle Smart View experience preferred
