Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Plant Ops and HR to guide leadership.
• Lead monthly results, forecasts, and annual plant budget.
• Prepare and consolidate analyses for actual vs budget.
• Support capex planning, cost savings, and GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate with FP&A for plant details in reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Advanced degree or CMA preferred.
• 6+ years cost accounting and/or FP&A experience.
• SAP experience and lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
