Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Plant Ops and HR to guide plant employees and report to leadership.
• Manage plant income statement, capital and inventory reconciliations, budgeting.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for the plant.
• Identify performance improvements and ROI on capital purchases.
• May supervise analysts or financial staff as needed.
• Drive company values and stakeholder growth in the plant.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Advanced degree or CMA preferred.
• Proven track record of driving results with minimal direction.
• Experience in SAP and lean manufacturing preferred.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel); 6+ years in cost accounting/FP&A.
