- Partner with Plant Ops and HR to guide plant staff and share updates.
- Manage monthly results, forecasts, and the annual plant budget.
- Lead month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Analyze KPI metrics, inventory, labor, and capital spend for improvements.
- Support FP&A with plant detail for division reporting and planning.
- Ensure GAAP compliance and assist with system implementations.
🎯 Requirements
- Accounting or Finance degree required.
- Advanced degree or CMA preferred.
- 6+ years cost accounting and/or financial planning and analysis.
- Experience in SAP and lean manufacturing environment preferred.
- Advanced MS Office, Excel skills; 6+ years cost accounting/FP&A.
