Finance Manager

📋 Description

• Partner with Plant Operations and HR to guide leadership and share insights with execs.
• Manage plant income statement, capex/inventory reconciliations, forecasting and budgeting.
• Ensure month-end close with journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and reporting.
• Develop KPI dashboards for labor, material efficiency, inventory, and backlogs.
• Support FP&A with Division/Brand reporting and planning.
• Calculate standard costs and assist with labor/overhead budgeting.

🎯 Requirements

• Accounting or Finance degree required.
• Advanced degree or CMA program preferred.
• 6+ years in cost accounting and/or FP&A with minimal direction.
• Experience in SAP and lean manufacturing environment preferred.
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
