Act as Finance Manager for a newly formed BU.
Partner with stakeholders, Finance, and Flutter Group on business insights.
Lead BU P&L setup across revenue, marketing, cost of sales, OPEX, and capex.
Drive streamlined processes, reporting, and insights to boost efficiency.
Provide financial decision support incl budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis.
Analyze monthly/quarterly/annual results and KPIs for BU leadership.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in Finance (analysis/partnering/accounting)
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving skills
Proactive, process improvement mindset
Excellent communication; distill data into insights
Strong organizational and stakeholder relationship skills
CFA/CPA/ACA preferred; Excel and PowerPoint proficient
