Lead month-end close for EMEA entities (journals, reconciliations, P&L) in Oracle Fusion
Prepare and review monthly reporting packs across jurisdictions and currencies
Support audits with external auditors (IFRS disclosures, lead schedules)
Develop AI agents/tools to automate finance tasks
Manage local statutory and tax filings across EMEA with tax advisors
Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve cross-entity discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

ACA/ACCA/CPA/RA or equivalent
4–6 years post-qualification in finance/controllership; 2+ years multi-entity intl.
IFRS knowledge; Dutch GAAP familiarity a plus
Hands-on Oracle Fusion (Cloud ERP) or SAP/NetSuite experience
Excel and data analysis; comfortable with large datasets and multi-currency consolidations
AI-literate; comfortable with AI assistants/LLMs and proactive in adopting tech
