Finance Lead

📋 Description

• Oversee daily accounting and stakeholder accounts to ensure policy and tax compliance.
• Check team work accuracy and adjust outputs to ensure quality.
• Manage new account updates and inform relevant departments.
• Perform weekly and group financial reports as assigned.
• Handle MEC and local tax compliance.
• Liaise with SBV, banks, auditors, tax officers and other authorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–3 years as Team Lead/Chief Accountant in an MNC.
• Strong knowledge of Vietnamese accounting principles (VAS) and tax laws.
• Experience preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Oracle accounting system preferred.
• Experience working with SBV, banks, auditors and tax authorities.
