  • Manage finance integration activities and transformation initiatives.
  • Develop and execute finance integration plans, timelines, and governance.
  • Coordinate integration of financial systems, processes, controls, reporting.
  • Align accounting policies, chart of accounts, and financial reporting standards.
  • Partner with Finance, IT, HR, Tax, Legal, Procurement and Ops.
  • Oversee data validation and reconciliation to ensure financial integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong understanding of finance operations and financial reporting.
  • Experience in finance transformation, integration or M&A in multinational or complex matrix orgs.
  • Proficiency in Netsuite or other ERP systems.
