  • Ensure compliance with Winrock, donor policies, and Indonesian law.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, reporting, and controls.
  • Manage HR: recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and staff records.
  • Oversee admin: procurement, travel, office ops, and systems.
  • Coordinate with Project Director and Winrock HQ for startup and reporting.

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's in finance, accounting, business or HR.
  • Experience: at least 7 years in finance/ops/HR for donor-funded projects.
  • Strong budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
  • Technical: QuickBooks, MS Office, Excel; familiarity with accounting/HRIS.
  • Language: English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.
  • Knowledge: Indonesian tax laws and donor regulations.
