- Education: Bachelor's or Master's in finance, accounting, business or HR.
- Experience: at least 7 years in finance/ops/HR for donor-funded projects.
- Strong budgeting, reporting, and internal controls.
- Technical: QuickBooks, MS Office, Excel; familiarity with accounting/HRIS.
- Language: English and Bahasa Indonesia fluency.
- Knowledge: Indonesian tax laws and donor regulations.
