- Expertise in Brazilian accounting standards and IFRS, with multi-asset reporting.
- Strong understanding of Banco Central do Brasil regulatory frameworks and capital adequacy.
- Knowledge of fiat payment systems (PIX, transfers) and reconciliation.
- Hands-on operator; fluent in English and Portuguese.
