Finance Director

📋 Description

• Serve as FP&A partner for Fund Administration and Customer Success.
• Provide guidance on cost drivers, headcount, and targets.
• Translate financial data into actionable narratives for decisions.
• Lead annual budget and monthly forecasts for your depts.
• Manage OpEx planning and headcount forecasting.
• Build dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years FP&A; 5+ years as business partner.
• Experience in Fund Administration or high-growth SaaS/FinTech.
• Deep budgeting, forecasting, headcount planning, and variance analysis.
• Strong financial modeling incl scenario, sensitivity analysis, and cohort revenue modeling.
• SaaS metrics: ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC, LTV, payback, margins.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
