🎯 Requirements
- Qualified accountant with 8+ years in finance, accounting & FP&A
- Big 4 audit training and core accounting fundamentals
- 3+ years in finance roles at Series A-D startups/scaleups
- Experience leading finance teams in fast-moving environments
- IFRS 15 knowledge and revenue recognition experience
- Hands-on mindset with ability to influence leaders and communicate to non-finance
