Design, implement, and maintain internal financial controls across payroll, AP, AR, and cash management.
Own Philippines statutory compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, local taxes).
Liaise with UK accountant on HMRC, VAT, year-end.
Manage vendor master file integrity and payment authorisation workflows.
Own payroll reconciliation and variance analysis; ensure salary change controls.
Lead monthly close, reporting, budgeting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years in finance controller or equivalent
Philippines CPA required
Proven financial controls in a growing business
Knowledge of BIR/SSS/PhilHealth/Pag-IBIG and payroll tax
Experience with third-party payroll providers
IFRS/PFRS accounting principles
Xero, QuickBooks, or NetSuite proficiency
Excel/Google Sheets for modelling and reporting
