Finance & Compliance Systems Analyst

📋 Description

• Design and evolve SOX-ready finance system architectures.
• Embed preventive and detective controls in finance systems.
• Document end-to-end data flows, controls, and dependencies.
• Partner with Accounting and Internal Audit to translate control requirements.
• Support SoD design and monitoring across enterprise platforms.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-6+ years of experience with finance and accounting systems.
• Familiarity with SOX, internal controls, and SoD.
• Hands-on with system-based controls, access models, and audits.
• Experience integrating FP&A tools (Adaptive Insights) with ERP.
• Strong communication with Finance, Audit, and Operations teams.
• Ability to translate compliance needs into scalable system solutions.
