Finance Business Partner

📋 Description

• Act as Finance Partner to category teams; build cross-functional relationships.
• Manage monthly IFRS close at entity level; ensure accuracy and IFRS adjustments.
• Coordinate annual budgets and monthly forecasts with teams; ensure alignment with targets.
• Perform variance/bridge analysis across actual, forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Provide timely financial information to support investor budgeting/forecasting.
• Monitor monthly actual vs forecast; ensure reporting accuracy and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields.
• 1-3 years experience in audit and/or financial reporting, budgeting & control.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design solutions.
• Self-starter, proactive, resilient under pressure.
