🎯 Requirements

- 5-7 years in FP&A, business finance, or financial control (crypto/fintech).
- Strong understanding of crypto Earn products (flexible savings, staking, loans).
- Experience as Finance Business Partner or commercial finance influencing non-finance stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills translating data into actionable insights.
- Familiarity with crypto asset economics, yield mechanics, pricing, and liquidity management desirable.
