🎯 Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Finance Ops, BizOps, Data Ops, RevOps, consulting, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with data, reporting, and financial systems
- Strong operational mindset, focused on reliable at scale
- Proven ability to translate technical and data complexity into real business impact
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and working with multiple stakeholders in fast-changing environments
- Fluent in Spanish and English
