- Act as the focal point for all finance-related systems, primarily NetSuite and Zuora
- Own maintenance, configuration, and optimization of ERP/financial systems (NetSuite, Zuora, Zip, Mesh)
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Business teams to translate processes into scalable solutions
- Lead end-to-end system projects: requirements, design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Design and maintain integrations between financial systems to ensure data accuracy and efficiency
- Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting for day-to-day system issues
🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in financial systems / ERP management
- 3+ years with NetSuite (workflows, saved searches, configurations, customization)
- Experience supporting finance and accounting processes in a SaaS environment
- Solid understanding of end-to-end finance processes (Quote-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Record-to-Report)
- Translate business needs into functional and technical system solutions
- Experience with multiple financial apps (Zip, Mesh, billing systems)
