🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required.
- CPA/CFA/MBA or related designation a plus.
- 24-36 months in audit/tax/public accounting or executive recruiting.
- Experience with recruiting, business development, and client relationships.
- Strong communication, collaboration and planning skills.
- Experience with Bullhorn or similar ATS is a plus.
