Finance Analyst (Strategic Finance - Ads)

📋 Description

• Own ads revenue forecasting, including pipeline, pacing, yield drivers, and KPI models.
• Collaborate with Ads Sales, Data Science, and Accounting to translate strategy into outcomes.
• Design dashboards and processes using KPIs to monitor performance and automate reports.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly leadership materials: forecasts, variance analyses, and board-ready reports.
• Perform ad hoc financial modeling on pricing/packaging and attribution; self-serve data with SQL.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, or analytical roles.
• Advanced Excel/Sheets with driver-based models and cohort analyses.
• Experience building revenue forecasts and translating KPIs to outcomes.
• Ability to create executive-ready materials and present to senior audiences.
• Intermediate SQL (joins/window funcs) and Looker/Tableau experience.
• Experience in digital ads, ad tech, e-commerce media, or SaaS monetization.
• Experience partnering with sales on pipeline, pacing, quotas, and incentives.
• Experience preparing board/investor materials.
• Support West Coast hours in distributed remote environment.
• Self-starter, thrives in fast-changing environments; collaborative, low-ego.
