🎯 Requirements

3-5 years FP&A or related analysis.
Knowledge of accounting principles.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Self-driven; able to complete month-end tasks with minimal oversight.
Strong data analysis with clear insights.
Problem solver; find solutions to accounting/reporting challenges; Tableau a plus.
