🎯 Requirements

1–4 years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, or related roles.
Excel fluency: SUMIFS, XLOOKUP, driver-based modeling.
Curiosity about how a business works and ability to go deep on problems.
Clear written and verbal communication; explain analyses to senior leaders.
High trust, low ego; ask good questions.
Comfort with PE rigor in a fast, commercial environment.
