Finance - Accounts Payable - Analyst/ Senior Analyst

📋 Description

• Provide ongoing internal support to improve service delivery, procedures and the use of technology within Accounts Payable.
• Manage financial data; code the financial and legal invoices; resolve invoice and expense queries.
• Process invoices via Concur across 15 countries and manage the AP mailbox.
• Review and approve expense reports; support Travel & Expense for regional teams.
• Oversee the ServiceNow ticketing queue for T&E and Invoice inquiries; create T&E Journal Entries for ERP upload.
• Generate and analyze accounts payable reports; bi-weekly payment runs and timely vendor payments.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 1-6 years in finance/AP roles.
• Experience in multinational financial services and/or private equity preferred.
• Proficient with SAP HANA and SAP Concur; ERP familiarity.
• Code financial and legal invoices; Concur SAE JE experience.
• Proficiency in Excel; data analytics and report development.
