- Own spending management (via Moss) including prep accounting and billing/debtor support
- Drive improvements in financial workflows and spending efficiency
- Contribute to finance projects: non-dilutive funding (grants and R&D tax credits)
- Contribute to finance projects: dilutive funding support (data room prep, financial analysis, due diligence)
- Manage multi-entity finances across Germany, UK, Netherlands for expansion
- Serve as main contact for external tax advisors and accountants
🎯 Requirements
- Experience with accounting, billing, and spend tools (DATEV, Stripe, Moss)
- 2–4 years in in-house finance, consulting, or tax clerk training
- Strong attention to detail and quality orientation
- Motivation to work in a fast-moving, innovative environment
- High ownership, reliability, and flexibility
- Fluency in German and English (C1+)
