• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Prior experience in Finance and Accounting staffing/recruiting preferred.
• Build relationships with clients and candidates.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Experience using Bullhorn ATS.
• Plan, prioritize, and work with cross-functional teams.
