  • Hands-on installation and testing of aircraft systems.
  • Own and refine manufacturing processes as the process owner.
  • Perform in-process quality control and address deviations.
  • Maintain clear manufacturing documentation and data for audits.
  • Inspect, clean, and service manufacturing equipment regularly.
  • Maintain maintenance logs for machines, tools, and jigs.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Airframe & Powerplant license
  • Analyze problems and make independent decisions
  • Safely operate hand and power tools
  • Interpret drawings, specs, and schematics of battery/electronic components
  • High voltage assembly experience, especially DC energy storage
  • Previous aircraft maintenance/assembly experience
