🎯 Requirements

7+ years of video production with end-to-end ownership
Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro; After Effects knowledge
Demonstrated ability to storyboard and concept original video creative
Expertise in AI-assisted video tools (Runway, Sora)
Experience managing at least one direct report or motion designer
Willingness to travel 15–20%
