📋 Description

• Own onboarding from sales handoff to first payroll.
• Train clients to use Wrapbook effectively.
• Serve as primary client contact during onboarding; manage expectations and deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Labor Relations, Product, CS, Ops) to tailor setup.
• Map client workflows to Wrapbook; explain differences.
• Configure contracts and platform settings to meet business requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in Film and TV payroll onboarding; fluent with union and non-union workflows
• Previous project management experience; juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills
• Strategic thinker with adaptability and problem-solving
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Zoom, Notion, Salesforce, and other collaboration tools
