🎯 Requirements
- 3-5+ years of performance marketing for mobile apps, fintech, trading, or crypto.
- Deep expertise with Appsflyer (required), including event setup and attribution modeling.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
- Strong analytical skills to dive into data and drive decisions.
- Experience optimizing complex purchase or trading funnels beyond installs.
- Familiarity with SKAN 4/5, privacy-first strategies, and incrementality testing.
🎁 Benefits
- Compensation: $118,000–$149,000/yr
- 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
