About the Role

As the Restructure Desk Manager, working in a fast-paced environment, you will perform multiple duties while in this role, which include Loan Restructuring, Loan Placement and Ensuring Salability of funded loans. You will utilize your various skills in guideline knowledge, capital markets insight and the ability to provide clear and concise feedback to credit and risk to place denials and improve Figure guidelines based on observations and reportable data.

What You’ll Do

• Identify and address loan denials and work towards resolution to fund loans within set parameters and established guidelines.
• Work directly with the borrower and operations team to ensure the restructured loan is successfully delivered to our borrower, and terms are agreed upon
• Work closely with credit and capital markets daily, providing feedback on credit and loan opportunities for the expansion of automated processes.
• Identify areas of customer improvement and the overall UI.
• Develop an understanding of what is needed to create a great client experience with borrowers and partners.
• Provide direct feedback to management on findings during file reviews.
• Evaluate program results and optimize as needed with management,
• Improve overall application conversion from app start to fund.

What We Look For

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of proven sales experience in the mortgage industry as a licensed loan officer
• NMLS licensing is required.
• Knowledge of Agency and non-agency HELOC and DSCR guidelines (Jumbo a plus)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Works well under pressure and requires minimal supervision to perform basic job functions

Salary

• Compensation Range: $97,680-$122,100/yr
• 25% annual bonus target, paid quarterly
• Company equity in the form of RSUs
• This is the compensation range for the United States, actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience, location, or evolving business needs
