- Primary administrator of E*TRADE / Morgan Stanley Shareworks
- Maintain equity data across Shareworks, HRIS, payroll, and finance systems
- Partner with Finance on close activities, reconciliations, and dilution modeling
- Ensure tax and securities compliance (Section 16, Form 144, Rule 701)
🎯 Requirements
- 5–8+ years of equity administration in a public company
- Advanced proficiency with Shareworks (E*TRADE / Morgan Stanley)
- Strong knowledge of equity comp, tax, securities rules, data reconciliation
- Exceptional communication and high attention to detail
- Preferred experience in high-growth technology or fintech
- CEP certification and pre-IPO exposure preferred
