🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in finance/fintech/crypto; 2+ years in institutional crypto.
- Institutional client-facing experience in BD, sales, or trading.
- Deep DeFi experience with active use of lending, yield, restaking.
- Strong knowledge of DeFi protocols, restaking platforms, and L2s.
- Finance and markets fluency; discuss credit, leverage, yield.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; lead conversations.
