Figure Lending is seeking a motivated Customer Success Associate to join our growing team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This entry‑level role is designed for a proactive communicator who is eager to help customers succeed with our platform and contribute to a positive, high‑quality customer experience.

Role Overview

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for guiding customers through onboarding, promoting product adoption, and supporting renewals. You will work cross‑functionally with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer satisfaction, capture feedback, and help inform product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assist with onboarding new customers and setting up accounts in the platform
• Build and maintain relationships to drive satisfaction and retention
• Monitor usage and adoption; identify at‑risk customers and coordinate with the team to reduce churn
• Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat with timely, accurate assistance
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Document customer feedback and feature requests in the CRM
• Assist with renewals and identify potential expansion opportunities
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Figure Lending products and processes

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Comfortable with CRM systems and data entry
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is a plus
