- 3-5 years owning revenue targets in partnerships or client-facing roles
- Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and a fast learner
- Interest in small business finance and growing new products
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Ops, Inside Sales, and Legal
- Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau)
