📋 Description

  • Manage broker partner relationships across sourcing, onboarding, activation, and growth.
  • Track performance of individual partners and the SMB broker channel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize lead conversion and partner experience.
  • Design and deploy training, marketing materials, and systems.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators for dedicated accounts.
  • Expand partner relationships through deeper integrations and cross-selling.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3-5 years owning revenue targets in partnerships or client-facing roles
  • Entrepreneurial, comfortable with ambiguity, and a fast learner
  • Interest in small business finance and growing new products
  • Excellent relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Ops, Inside Sales, and Legal
  • Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau)
