🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years exp owning revenue targets in client- or partner-facing roles within financial services
- Understanding of SMB finance and broker/ISO dynamics
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Experience with CRM and analytics platforms (Salesforce, Tableau)
- Experience with lender/funder platforms and lead submission tools
- Mortgage or secured lending exposure is a plus
- Startup or scale-up experience in fast-paced environments is a plus
🎁 Benefits
- Compensation Range: $65,000 - $88,000/yr
- Variable: $35,000 - $45,000
- OTE: $100,000 - $133,000/yr
