Senior Product Manager, Internal Systems

Figment is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of internal tools and platforms that power product, engineering, data, and operations. You will partner with stakeholders across teams to build scalable tools that improve efficiency, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Define product vision and roadmap for internal systems and tooling.
• Partner with engineering, design, security, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and translate them into clear user stories.
• Prioritize backlog, manage releases, and drive high-impact features from concept to launch.
• Establish and track success metrics, adoption, and ROI of internal tools.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance considerations are baked into product decisions.
• Collaborate with data teams to design scalable data tooling and APIs for internal use.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience building internal tools or platform features.
• Experience with data infrastructure, analytics tooling, APIs, and data modeling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management; ability to influence cross-functionally.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics to inform decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and writing clear product specs.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP) and security-conscious product development.
