Requirements

5+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.
Strong PostgreSQL experience including data modeling and query optimization.
Experience leading or mentoring an engineering team.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
