Institutional Business Development Associate, North America

Overview

Figment is seeking an Institutional Business Development Associate for North America to drive growth by establishing and expanding relationships with institutional clients, partners, and ecosystem players in the region. In this role you will identify opportunities, manage a high-potential pipeline, and collaborate across functions to scale Figment’s institutional business in North America.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with institutional clients and strategic partners in North America
• Identify, negotiate, and close partnership opportunities to drive revenue and adoption
• Manage an end-to-end sales/partnership pipeline with accurate forecasting
• Collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and compliance teams to bring solutions to market
• Represent Figment at industry events and client meetings; travel as needed
• Contribute to strategy and go-to-market planning for the North American region

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales (FinTech/blockchain experience preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
• Willingness to travel and work across time zones as required
