Director of Product Marketing - Sales Enablement

Job Description

Director of Product Marketing - Sales Enablement at Figment is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping the product marketing strategy and enabling the sales organization across Figment's blockchain infrastructure solutions. You will partner with Product, Sales, and GTM teams to define positioning, develop buyer personas, craft messaging, and build scalable enablement programs that accelerate pipeline and win rates in a fast-growing, remote-first company.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product marketing strategy for Figment's platform with emphasis on sales enablement and revenue growth.
• Develop and maintain messaging, value propositions, personas, use cases, and competitive intelligence.
• Create and maintain sales enablement assets: battlecards, playbooks, pitch decks, product one-pagers, and case studies.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams to align roadmaps, launches, and launch materials.
• Lead content strategy and align demand generation with sales enablement to support pipeline.
• Build and/or coordinate a team or function responsible for enablement across the organization.
• Measure impact with metrics such as win rate, cycle time, quota attainment, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or crypto/blockchain environments.
• Experience delivering sales enablement programs, training, and assets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain infrastructure or crypto industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
