Figma is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager, Accessibility to lead accessibility initiatives across our product teams. This role partners with Design, Engineering, QA, and Product Management to deliver accessible experiences that meet WCAG standards and beyond. You will help define roadmaps, coordinate cross-functional programs, and establish measurable accessibility goals.

Responsibilities

Define and own the accessibility roadmap for key products.
Coordinate cross-functional teams across design, engineering, QA, and product management.
Establish accessibility metrics, evaluation criteria, and compliance with WCAG 2.x standards.
Lead accessibility testing programs, including screen reader compatibility and keyboard navigation.
Advise on inclusive design decisions and accessibility best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Collaborate with external partners when needed.

Requirements

5+ years of program management or TPM experience in software/product development.
Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) and assistive technologies (screen readers).
Experience with roadmapping, project planning, risk management, and cross-functional execution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence across teams.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Nice to have

Experience with design tools or design systems; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
Passion for accessibility and inclusive product experiences.
