Strategic Program Manager, Contingent Workforce

📋 Description

• Build and own Figma's global contingent workforce strategy to scale compliantly.
• Partner with Legal, People Ops, Finance, and Security to smooth onboarding/offboarding.
• Create guidelines, policies, and resources that clarify the contingent space.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to reduce friction and risk.
• Develop metrics and dashboards to track program health and spend.
• Roll out change-management programs to guide leaders.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building or running contingent workforce programs.
• Deep knowledge of worker classification and global compliance.
• Led large cross-functional programs with senior partners across People, Legal, Finance.
• Experience building scalable processes, governance, and ops systems.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills; data-driven decisions.
